Outpatient Counseling

Outpatient Counseling is developed as one on one sessions.  It is designed to treat individuals with substance misuse struggles who are willing to develop a support network for abstinence while continuing with their regular lives. Outpatient services are provided in Dawson, McCone, Prairie, Richland, and Wibaux counties.

Our full-time SAPTS trained prevention specialists participate in the development of community activities using evidence-based programs that address risk and protective factors.  Prevention concentrations include alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD), as well as suicide prevention services.

Funding Sources

Treatment and Assessment Services are primarily funding through Private Insurance, Medicaid, State Block Grant, and self-pay.

Prevention Services are funding primarily through State Block grant, Partners For Success (PFS) grant, and community donations.
